As a company we started out building extremely high end bespoke houses around the South of England, we recognise what ‘good’ looks like and strive for (and have achieved) zero defects on a number of our projects to date.
Between the two owners, we have more than 40 years building and defect experience, whether that be traditional building, modular or sustainable homes.
We have worked for very large developers and housing associations, caryring out either planned maintenance, defect rectification or new build.
In our offices in Fareham, we have an excellent support team in commercial management, document control and health and safety. Our directly employed workforce are all customer facing and are used to working in a construction or a living environment.
